Section 148 empowers to amend precess of GST Returns, Tax Payments
CGST Act, 2017 gives the power to the CBIC to amend the normal procedure mentioned in GST Act and Rules with notification for Registration, Returns, Tax Payments, and Administration of the certain classes of Registered Persons.
